continuation of work....

So here is some of my work up to date & following on from some of my photography:

These are some mono prints I have done of the most country side style building I could think of-a granary mill.

Here is a mono print & a water colour painting of a plant also representing the country side.

I have done several more mono prints of leaves & trees that also represent what can be found/seen in the country side.

This is a quick pen sketch of a combination of both an urban building but with a rural plant type thing growing out of the chimney. This was just an idea combining my two opposites. I might look further into this idea.

As I was sat in a cafe, I did this quick line drawing of the scene around me. This is in a city & represents that there are always people around you, its always busy unlike in rural areas.

The above images are both examples of city scenes, but I did these to practice both my line sketches & also perspective which is one of my weaker ares.

My aim is to spend more time in the print workshop & further my ideas in that medium. I want o do more mono prints if possible as well as possibly doing some lino or etching prints.
